We started sharing our One Thought posts on Instagram as simple reminders to slow down, look at things a little differently, and maybe give yourself a small nudge when you need one. Nothing too complicated. Just a thought, a little perspective, or a reminder that sometimes the smallest shift can change the way you see your day.

For this edition of Zoe and Rich Out There, we pulled together 12 of them in one place. Some might make you stop and think. Some might make you smile. A few might be exactly what you need to hear right now, while others may not connect with you at all—and that’s okay.

You don’t need to agree with every one. You don’t even need to read them all at once. Save a few for later, come back to them when you need a reset, or simply scroll until something catches your attention.

Maybe there’s just one thought in here that changes your perspective, gets you moving, or reminds you of something you already knew but needed to hear again.

Maybe just find the one you need today.

These thoughts are really just pieces of what we’ve learned, noticed, and reminded ourselves of along the way. Some came from travel, some from work, some from getting things wrong, and some from simply paying a little more attention.

We hope at least one made you stop for a second, look at something differently, or gave you the little nudge you needed today.

That’s really what One Thought is all about.

See you out there,
Zoe + Rich
